ALL UNIFORMS MUST DISPLAY USNSCC or USNLCC MODIFICATIONS
A US Naval Sea Cadet division is authorized to use the following US Navy uniforms with modifications:
 

US Navy Dress White Jumper and Trousers (males and females).
Units may authorize females to wear US Navy female dress whites, but many units opt not to.

  US Navy Dress Blue Jumper and 13-Button Trousers (males)
  US Navy Dress Blue Trousers and Jacket Jumper (females)
  US Navy Utility or Dungarees (as available)
  US Navy Working Blue (referred to as "Johnny Cash") with or without tie and ribbons
  US Navy Working White (also incorrectly referred to as tropical white)
US Naval League Cadets assigned to a Sea Cadet Division:
  US Navy Utility or Dungarees (as available)—Working or "Dirty" Uniform
  US Navy Working Blue (referred to as "Johnny Cash") with tie and ribbons—Dress Uniform
  Salt and Pepper (black slacks and white button-up shirt)—Daily Uniform

Sea Cadets:
US Navy Dress White Jumper and Trousers (males and females)
 
Sea Cadets:
US Navy Dress Blue Jumper and 13-Button Trousers (males)
 
Sea Cadets:
US Navy Dress Blue Trousers and Jacket Jumper (females)
 
Sea Cadets:
US Navy Utility or Dungarees (as available)
 
Sea Cadets:
Because we drill on a National Guard base, US Navy Battle Dress Utility (camouflage uniform)  or BDU is authorized.
 
League Cadets are not normally authorized to wear the BDUs. For security reasons, Newport News Division has been asked by base authorities to have all cadets, including League Cadets, in the same uniform when BDUs are worn.
 
League Cadets:
US Navy Utility or Dungarees (as available)—Working or "Dirty" Uniform
 
League Cadets:
US Navy Working Blue (referred to as "Johnny Cash") with tie and ribbons—Dress Uniform
 
League Cadets:
Salt and Pepper (black slacks and white button-up shirt)—Daily Uniform
